I’m Jessica - an international award-winning coach, TEDx Speaker and corporate executive manager with over 10 years of corporate experience leading teams, process improvement through lean six sigma and agile frameworks with a passion for customer experience, cultural diversity and creating psychologically safe working environments. Alongside my career, I’ve built successful businesses across apps, physical products, coaching and healing.

I know what it means to have a full working life and a dream you’re ready to make room for. I have worked on my business after hours and on weekends - because I knew it was important to me. I also set myself up so I had support (because life is for living too!) so I have virtual assistants and social media managers help to ease the load (so I could be the visionary).

I’ve helped my clients create offers, launch events, show up online and make their first customer sale. Plus the deeper mindset work and identity shifts needed to start and grow a business.
